Police Motorsport team recruiting new members
The team has strong links with Youth Education projects (including a Road Safety Partnership) and is on the look out for new team members in all roles (mechanic, publicity, photo/video, co-driving and even driving).
All roles are open (including some driver & co-driver slots) for team members who are committed and put the effort in between events (e.g. maintaining cars, doing PR, seeking sponsorship, moving vehicles around etc.). To do motorsport you need to be willing to put a lot of time and/or money in; half-hearted dreamers who like the idea but then realise they don't have the time (95% of the general public) need not apply!
The cars are usually based in OXON or Reading, BERKS so you may need to be willing to travel to these locations (or take a car home to maintain it wherever you are based). The team also has members near Braintree, ESSEX, and the rallies take place at various locations in the Midlands, S.E. England and E. Anglia.
